Exchanges, returns, refunds
At captured we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We therefore offer a 21-day return policy. This means you have 21 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it,
be unworn, unused, with tags and in the
original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at elena.deufel@capturedby.de . Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs! Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will receive further instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your
Order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item
is defective or damaged or if you received an incorrect item
so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made (e.g., special order or personalized) items. This includes, for example, photo prints. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
To exchange an item, please contact us within 21 days at elena.deufel@capturedby.de . Please note that photo prints are non-returnable!
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return,

If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping and delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipment information and tracking information.

Free shipping within Germany for purchases over 100 €.
For orders under 100 € domestic shipping (Germany):

Delivery time: 2-4 working days
EU shipping:
Standard shipping: 13.99 €
Delivery time: 4-7 working days
International shipping (outside the EU):
Standard shipping: 19.99 €
Delivery time: 7-14 working days

Customs and import duties:
For international orders, additional customs or import fees may apply depending on the country's regulations. captured is not responsible for these fees; they are the customer's responsibility.
